Every 90 days you will declare quarterly goals and I will help you stay accountable to them. These goals will be uploaded and submitted directly to me.

We will meet once a month for a strategy session and go over any personal business questions you may have.

Each month I will bring in a guest speaker and expert in their field to discuss a higher-level business or marketing topic.

PHASE 1
- PROFIT & BRAND CLARITY - What is the mission of your business and who do you serve, and why? What is your annual budget and how much do you need to make each year?

BUSINESS AND MARKETING STRATEGY - During this phase we will create the financial strategy, goals, and marketing to hit your profit goals and amplify your brand message.

GROWTH & SCALING -Who do you need, what do you need, and how are you going to achieve the goals set out in the business plan? Let's create the action road map!
PHASE 2
- BUILD OUT - Its time to take the plan and put it in action. Together we will assemble the right partners and resources to build out your business.
- IMPLEMENTATION - During this phase of your business development your team will be implementing the strategy we have put into place. We will set clear goals and deadlines.
- ANALYSIS - As your business plan goes LIVE we will need to analyze the data and tweak as necessary. It's important to schedule team meetings throughout the week to make sure we are achieving our quarterly goals

Although we all wish for a quick fix, this community commits to a year of growth. I am looking to build a network of women who seek maturity in their vision for their business and who will actively lean in and commit to their business growth and future success.
BOOTCAMP GRADUATE
All members must have the foundational business knowledge and be using the strategy framework taught inside the Bootcamp to be accepted into the Mastermind. We must all share the same desire of community over competition, sharing our knowledge with other members, and seek to create balance between our work and our families.

THE INVESTMENT
Please note:
The average cost for a Mastermind is $10,000-$30,000 per year for an exclusive group.
I very much wanted to create an initial community that would be able to join without that kind of serious investment. I also wanted to keep in mind those women that would want to join the meetups and trips for fear that they would miss out due to additional child care and travel expenses.
That's why I decided to keep the cost down.
