Module 2: Profit Goals

To kick things off, we’ll drill down to understand where your business is most profitable — and majorly maximize that. We’ll set up your profit goal and get your business organized so you’ll be able to track your profits as we go along.

Module 3: You + Them = ❤ (AKA, value propositions and customer segments)

Who is your ICA – Ideal Customer Avatar?
What problem do you solve for your clients?
What unique value do you bring to your clients?

Here, we drill deep into your clients’ wants, their needs, their pains, their emotions. Because the day you stop worrying about your success and start worrying about your clients’ success — that’s the day your business takes flight.

 

Module 4: Financials + Legalities

Discover the key to creating a long term relationship with your customers. We will look at your business holistically including social, email, ads, and word of mouth to nurture your customers, making them want to come back again and again.

Ok, let’s get down to business! In this module, we create YOUR business plan! Here’s what that includes:
